Because of its high cost performance, spray guns are widely used in automatic spraying machines such as automatic assembly lines, small spraying machines, automatic spraying machines, reciprocating spraying machines, robots, and robotic arms. With the intelligentization of equipment, manual operations have been replaced.
A universal cost-effective automatic spray gun that only needs 5 seconds to replace. It has the most compact space design and excellent paint atomization performance. It can spray almost any paint with a viscosity of 0 ~ 100CPS. Nozzle model 0.5mm ~ 2.8mm can be arbitrarily combined. The spray gun supports a special nozzle made of composite material. The service life of the nozzle can be increased to 9.5 billion times (tested in laboratory conditions, the actual life depends on the characteristics of the coating and the parameters of the compressed air. It is not a commitment of product quality) Packed in moisture-proof packaging, can be equipped with universal removal wrench (need to buy separately).
Product parameter form
All the data in the table are collected from CNISOO / CNSEIKO laboratory. The test fluid is tap water with PH = 7, the coating pressure is 1Bar, and the pipeline is directly connected. The atomized particle data is laser diffraction.

Products Detail
The gun body is made of ADC12 alloy. It is hot-formed by a 500T Nissan die-casting machine using a special mold. The air inlet interface adopts the design method of in-line hose, which reduces the customer's installation time and maintenance time. If equipped with our company's professional paint connector, the model is ACC. It only takes 5 seconds to replace a spray gun.
The spray gun nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and abrasion. At the same time, it is equipped with a compound needle with a patent number of CN107081232A to adapt to special performance coatings. Such as: ceramic coatings with high abrasion performance, PTFE coatings, water-based coatings with high solid content, special coatings containing sand and so on.
The air cap is made of environmentally friendly copper alloy after five-axis CNC machining. Each atomizing cap has undergone professional testing and test spraying to prevent poor atomization during spraying, thereby reducing the defective rate caused by spray gun spraying in production.
According to different installation methods, the spray gun body is designed with a Φ16mm mounting hole to fit the mounting bracket for general scenes, or it can be used with our company's professional mounting bracket.
