Product Features

The air operation valve of the double spool mechanism in the stable supply model has been improved to use the commutation more smoothly and reduce the commutation generating artery.

The liquid part of the pump body is made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Working principle

▶ By moving the 2 diaphragm pump connecting rods mounted on both ends of the rod, the pump body is pressed to spit out the liquid, and the construction is simple.

▶ Compressed air enters the air chamber on the A side of FIG. 1, the diaphragm pump is pressed to the left, and the liquid is extruded.At this point, the B-side diaphragm pump connected by the rod moves to the left to inhale the liquid.

▶ At this point the B-side diaphragm pump attached to the rod moves to the left and draws in liquid.

▶ The air valve switches when the lever is moved to the far left.

▶ Compressed air enters the air chamber on the B side of Fig. 2, the diaphragm pump presses to the right, and the liquid is extruded.

▶ At the same time, the A side inhales fluid. The above action is repeated, inhaling/exhaling continuously, and it is able to exhale steadily without pulsation.
